Die 140 m2 große Wohnung ist im 1. Stock gelegen (kein Aufzug) und befindet sich in der Gartenfeldstraße, an einem Eckgebäude mit der Adam-Karillon-Straße, 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Sie besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit angegliederter Küche (Durchreiche) sowie zwei voneinander getrennten Zimmerbereichen. Ab Oktober wird ein Teil der Wohnung, bestehend aus einem großen Zimmer (20m2), einem kleinen Zimmer (12m2) und einem Badezimmer, frei. Die Zimmer liegen nebeneinander, haben Fenster mit Rollläden und sind keine Durchgangszimmer.Der an die Adam-Karillon-Straße liegende Bereich mit zwei Zimmern und einem Badezimmer (mit kleinem Fenster und Dusche) wird hier zur Vermietung inseriert. Die Küche und das große Wohnzimmer sollen weiter von allen genutzt werden können. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Gasherd, Ofen, Kühlschränke, Reiskocher, Kaffeemaschinen und (fast) alles andere ist vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großer Esstisch an dem gemeinsam oder getrennt gegessen wird. Wir haben eine sehr kinderfreundliche Katze.

Die beiden Zimmer sind unmöbiliert. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und in einem Extra-Raum ggü. der Wohnungstür.
