Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses, ohne Aufzug. Die Nachbarn sind jung und nett.
Insgesamt gibts hier 60qm zu einem unschlagbaren Preis.
Es sind zwar zwei Zimmer, aber leider ist eins davon ein Durchgangszimmer daher als WG ungeeignet.
