Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere sehr schöne 69m2 große Wohnung in der Mainzer Neustadt (Bismarckplatz).
Die Wohnung hat 2 ungefähr gleich große Zimmer -jeweils 20m2- (von denen eines ein Durchgangszimmer ist), ein Tageslichtbad mit Wanne und eine große Wohnküche.
Für unsere Küche (Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine,Cerankochfeld u. diverse Einbauschränke) ist ein Abstand von 600,- Euro zu zahlen.
Die Miete beträgt 535,- Euro inkl. Nebenkosten, hinzu kommen noch Strom und Gas (ca.100€).
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und im 4.OG eines Altbau-Hauses und verfügt über gute Park- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl um die Ecke).
