Der Haupt-Bahnhof von Mainz ist in Sichtweite, es sind nur wenige Minuten zur Uni/Uniklinik und ins Stadtzentrum. Gute und preiswerte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend in der Nähe des Hauses(Aldi, Lidl, Penny etc). Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle ca. 150 m entfernt. Keine Anwohnerparkgebühr!Keine Haustiere erlaubt.
