Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer (ca. 14m², 17 m², 12m²), einen Flur, eine Abstellkammer, eine ausgestattete Küche (Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank, Dunstabzugshaube, Waschmaschine, Tisch und Stühle etc. ), ein eingerichtetes Bad mit diversen Regalen, WB-Unterschrank, etc., Fenster und Badewanne und einen Balkon mit Nachmittags-/Abendsonne.
Weiterhin 2 Kleiderschränke, eine Couchgarnitur, ein großes Bett, diverse Kleinmöbel, Lampen, Vorhänge, Rollos, etc.
Die Wohnung ist frisch gestrichen und muss nicht renoviert werden !
Keller ist auch vorhanden.
ÖPNV ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Bus), 5 Minuten zu Fuß Strab zum Hbf und 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hbf.
Sie wird kurzfristig frei, daher kann sie am Samstag, den 18.07.2015 ab 10.00 Uhr, besichtigt werden.
