Die Wohnung im 1.OG eines 19-Parteien-Hauses (Baujahr 1981) hat zwei geräumige Zimmer (14m2 und 17m2), einen Flur, ein Bad und eine neu eingerichtete Küche. Das größere Zimmer hat einen Balkon. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Kellerraum. Im Haus befindet sich eine Münz-Waschmaschine mit Trockner. Es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Mainzer Neustadt, nahe zum Hauptbahnhof. Haltestelle für Strassenbahn und Bus liegen wenige Schritte entfernt. Es gibt eine Reihe von guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Nähe.
Wir vermieten gerne an eine 2er WG. Nichtraucher ohne Haustiere werden bevorzugt.
