Eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung (Dachwohnung, 5.Etage) in Mainz Neustadt (Bismarkplatz). Bestehend aus Flur, Abstellkammer, einem Tageslichtbad, Küche und 2 Zimmern. Insgesamt ca.40 qm. Es gibt einen Hinterhof mit kleinem Garten und Spielplatz.
Da ich in eine möblierte Wohnung ziehe, lasse ich das ganze Möbel und Elektrogeräte drin, manche Sachen sind nicht mal ein Jahr alt. Dafür möchte ich 400,- Euro. Eine genauere Liste, wie sich das zusammenrechnet, bekommt ihr bei dem Besichtigungstermin. Es gibt keinen Aufzug!

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bahn und Bus) sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Direkte Bus-/Tramlinien bis. HBF (6 min), HS Mainz (17 min), Uni Mainz (9 min), Altstadt/ Höfchen (13 min).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar: Aldi (4 min Gehweg), Lidl und Netto, verschiedene Läden, Sonnenstudio, Friseursalon.
