- sehr helle, freundliche und voll ausgestattete Küche mit angrenzendem Balkon
- Bad mit Badewanne

- zusätzlich zur Wohnung im darüber liegendem Geschoss steht ein Gästezimmer zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Mainzer Neustadt zwischen Goethe- und Bismarckplatz. Zwei Bushaltestellen Richtung Hbf und Innenstadt sind fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Netto, Aldi und Lidl sind ebenfalls im Umkreis von wenigen Minuten zu erlaufen. Parks und Spielplätze in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
