37 qm Altbau, 2 Zimmer mit großen Fenstern, Küche extra, Badezimmer und Toilette getrennt, 3. OG.
Alles inklusive kostet die Wohnung 650 €/Monat.
Die Nachbarn im Haus und drumherum sind erste Sahne, zu Fuß sind es 7 Minuten zum Hbf.
