Da es Altbau ist, sind die Decken schön hoch und die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert. Die Wohnung hat ein Balkon zum Hinterhof und zwei separate Zimmer. Das Bad ist ein Tageslichtbad.
5 Gehminuten zum Bus oder zum Goethepark. 10 Minuten zum Rhein oder 15 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die Zwischenmiete kann sich auch zu einer normalen Vermietung ändern, weil sich bei mir was beruflich geändert hat.
