Es gibt 2 Zimmer(circa 1x 15qm, 1x 17qm) eine große Küche mit Abstellraum, kleines aber feines Bad und einen Flur. Somit ist die Wohnung perfekt für eine WG-Gründung oder ein junges Pärchen geeignet.
Küche und Badezimmer-Möbel müssen gegen einen Abschlag von 500€ übernommen werden! (Außerdem haben wir uns um den Fußboden gekümmert - davor war es ein alter Teppichboden).

-5 Geh-Minuten zu Rewe/Aldi/Penny/Rossmann
- und auch alles andere was das Herz begehrt (Bars,Cafés,Rhein,Innenstadt) ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
