Moderne Wohnung direkt am HBF, im ersten Stockwerk. Super zentral, entsprechend ÖPNV, Geschäfte etc. direkt vor Ort. Helle und geräumige Küche mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten. Bad mit Fenster. Langer Flur. Geräumiges Kellerabteil.
Die Wohnung wurde bis jetzt als WG genutzt. Wir ziehen alle drei zum 01.08. aus, deshalb wird die gesamte Wohnung frei. Größtenteils werden Möbel in der Wohnung verbleiben, sodass eine Abschlagszahlung auf VB fällig wird. Hierzu gehören etwa Möbel in den Zimmern, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach usw. Auch Kücheninventar, das in gutem Zustand ist, bleibt größtenteils da.
Internet und Stromvertrag müssten auch übernommen werden (laufen noch bis 23.06.21 bzw. bis Ende des Jahres).
Zentral, direkt am HBF. Anbindung an Nah- und Fernverkehr in wenigen Metern. Supermärkte und Innenstadt in 2 min erreichbar.
Besichtigungen sind diese Woche möglich. Hätten gerne bis nächste Woche Montag Bescheid, sodass alles fristgerecht mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden kann.
