Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, das Bad hat Dusche / Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Ein Flur sowie kleiner Vorgarten gehören ebenfalls zur Wohnung. Ein Supermarkt ist unmittelbar gegenüber, Kaffees und alles was man braucht gibt es um die Ecke.
Die Wohung kann alleine oder von einem Pärchen bezogen werden. Bitte keine Anfragen für längeren Mietzeitraum / früheren Start.

The apartment is centrally located in the Neustadt, just under 10 minutes walk from the HBF and 2 minutes to the Rhine. It includes a living/bedroom with a pull-out sofa bed, desk and dining table, and a bedroom with a double bed (200x140). The kitchen
is fully equipped, the bathroom has shower / bathtub and a washing machine. A hallway and small front garden also belong to the apartment. A supermarket is directly opposite, coffees and everything you need is around the corner.
The apartment can be occupied alone or by a couple. Please no requests for longer rental period / earlier start.
Die Autobahn (A60 und A66) ist 10 bis 15 Minuten entfernt, ÖPNV (Bus) ist nur 2 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt, der Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß 10 Minuten. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Cafes und mehrere Supermärkte. Der Rhein liegt nur 3 Minuten weg, diverse Parks gibt es ebenfalls in der nahen Umgebung.
