Hi zusammen,
die Wohnung ist top zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ausblick auf große Lindenallee und den schön-gepflegten Garten. Volkspark, Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Uniklinik wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Mitbewohner (insgesamt 5 weitere Wohnparteien) sind super freundlich, tolle Wohngemeinschaft!
Keller ist dabei sowie Staumöglichkeiten unterm Dach - also viel Platz für alles, was nicht in die Wohnung soll.
Schöne Wohnküche und aufbereiteter Dielenboden sind top, ansonsten ist das Haus äußerlich etwas "unmodern" :-) und das Bad ist klein.
Wegen Haushaltsauflösung könnt ihr zudem diverses Mobilär, Waschmaschine, Schränke, Regale etc. übernehmen.

Besichtigung ist ab 16.07 möglich, da wir im Urlaub sind.
Ggfs. könnt ihr auch früher einziehen.
