Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung in Toplage zur Zwischenmiete, da ich für zweieinhalb Monate im Ausland bin. Die Wohnung ist möbiliert, es ist alles da was man braucht (von Wasch- bis Kaffeemaschine) und man hat viel Platz. Im Kleiderschrank würde ich dann natürlich Freiraum schaffen.
Mir liegt meine Wohnung sehr am Herzen, deswegen würde ich mir eine:n Zwischenmieter:in wünschen, die sie zu schätzen weiß. 😊
5 Minuten entfernt vom Schillerplatz, auf der Höhe der Kupferbergterrassen. Dadurch sehr zentral aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Supermarkt ist direkt in der Straße, in der Gaustraße sind Bars, Cafés, Kiosks und andere Läden. Als gebürtige Mainzerin kann ich sagen: die Lage ist wirklich top!
Auch die Autobahn ist schnell erreicht.
