Wir suchen für den 1.11.2015 einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne 52 qm Wohnung in der Oberstadt.
Die Wohnung im 4.Stock und die Loggia sind hintereinander angeordnet, sodass man durch das Wohnzimmer ins Schlafzimmer und weiter auf die schöne Loggia kommt. Insofern nicht WG geeignet.
Das Haus sowie wie der Balkon wurden letztes Jahr modernisiert.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Abteil auf dem Dachboden eine Etage höher, sowie ein Kellerabteil.
Super Lage, S-Bahn direkt um die Ecke. 5 Minuten zum Schillerplatz (Innenstadt) und 15 Minuten an die Mainzer Uni.
Streichen bei Einzug.
Für die Küche mit Arbeitsplatz, Spüle, Herd mit Ofen, zwei Hängeschränken und einem Küchenschrank, sowie dem Badezimmerschrank nehmen wir einen Abschlag von 350 €.
