The Situation:
Hello! I am the main tenant looking for a replacement person as the main tenant of my apartment for a long term stay.
I am currently sharing this space with a working student, who will be moving out this spring. I will be moving out 15 February. The costs will be split reasonably, until my friend also moves, and the apartment will be entirely yours.
The apartment is on 2 OG with very nice neighbors. It usually stays peaceful during the day and night, behind Berliner Strasse 1A. The rooms provide plenty of space to organize the rooms however you prefer. Plenty of pleasant light to let in.
About the Contract:
The Owner is a Servicegesellschaft based out of Stuttgart. They will process your application and transfer the contract.
You can choose to move into the apartment furnished with anything you find necessary. I have a wardrobe, cabinets, a small desk and balcony furniture you can keep. As long as you can notify me before 10 February.
The kitchen comes with the apartment. It has cabinets, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The internet service provided by Telekom is 100MB/s+ and can be upgraded to 250MB/s.
The apartment is placed behind a few great restaurants such as a PizzaBoy and Burger shop. There is a Werners Backstübe that opens at 0600, 50 meters away. A great Turkish restaurant which also sells groceries is next to it. 5 minutes down the road is a REWE that has been totally renovated.
If you're looking for a gym, CleverFit is a short bike ride away as well as a CrossFit gym. Check out the location on google maps and you'll see what I mean.
Behind the apartment a couple minutes away is a large outdoor area where you can go trail running, biking or outdoor exploring. It is a very peaceful place to go for a long walk after work in nature. The surrounding neighborhood is cozy and lively.
If you drive a car, the location is 3 minutes away from the Autobahn 60. You can get to Frankfurt Airport in 20 minutes. Parking is found in many places near the apartment.
You are allowed to have pets. If you have a Dog like me, all you have to do is send the owner a picture and description of your pet. They allow most breeds of animals.
I will make sure my portion of the apartment is in perfect condition before you move in. You can schedule a viewing any time in the evening or on the weekend to see for yourself. I can also send more photos of the space when required.
