3 room comfortable apartment near Volkspark at Mainz Wisenau

Dear New Tenant :)

It is a three room partly furnished apartment with two bedrooms,a small living room, kitchen and bathroom. Until now the apartment has been shared between the current two tenants. We both are leaving the apartment on 1st of September.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a recently renovated old building. It is cut almost rectangular and can therefore be furnished very well. Although the window faces the street, you are still separated from the street by a small front garden (maintained by the landlady). The apartment has two more rooms, one of which is used as a living room.

The bright bathroom with shower is right next to the newly installed kitchen. The rooms are connected by a long corridor. The house also has an inner courtyard that is shared with the flat share on the 1st and 2nd floors. That has always worked very well.

You must take over the existing furniture (bed from one room, 180 euro and Kitchenette, 300 euro). I am selling the bed at half price cause I was unable to assemble the drawers provided by IKEA. The bed was bought in January. The bed is 180 euro (sofabed, easily expandable to double bed, with matresses). If interested, a beautiful yellow arm chair is also available for sale (80 Euro). So you must pay a total (180+300)= 480 (plus 80) euro for existing furniture.
