Schöne und helle 2 Zimmer Wohnung direkt in der Neustadt mit Frankfurter Bad (die Dusche ist in der Küche, aber mit einer Tür klar abgetrennt). Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist zunächst befristet zu vermieten, ggfs. kann das Mietverhältnis aber ab März unbefristet verlängert werden, dann würde die Hauptmieterin vermutlich auch die meisten Möbel mitnehmen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Haltestelle Goethestraße, es sind nur zwei Stationen bis zum HBF Mainz. Außerdem ist direkt ein Kiosk an der Ecke. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Kneipen und Bars sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Außerdem ist der Goethepark auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Strom und GEZ sind im Preis bereits enthalten. Hinzu kommen nochmal Internet Kosten und Heizkosten. Es wird per Ölofen geheizt, also je nachdem wie warm, man es mag, variieren die Kosten. Wenn man es sehr warm mag, sind es ca. 40 Euro im Monat. Die Ölkosten müssten aber im Voraus bezahlt werden (ca. 375 Euro, was Du nicht verbrauchst, bekommst Du zurück).
