Die 2 Zimmer Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (guter Kniestock) , da unser Haus in Feldrandlage steht
hat man von der Wohnung einen grandiosen, unverbauten Blick nach Wallstadt und den Odenwald.
Die recht große Küche ist mit Küchenmöbeln, Esstisch, Stühle , Spüle und einem 2 Plattenherd ausgestattet.
Die 2 Zimmer sind in 1großes und in 1 kleineres Zimmer aufgeteilt.
Ebenfalls gibt es eine kl Abstellkammer. Das Bad hat eine Dusche. Die gesamte Wohnung hat einen neu renovierten Holzboden.
Feudenheim ist einer der beliebtesten Stadtteile Mannheims.
Duale Hochschule, SAP-Arena ,Klinikum, Innenstadt innerhalb 10 minuten zu erreichen. Vom Haus befindet sich in ca 3 Gehminuten ein Edeka, Penny und Tankstelle. Ein Autobahnanschluss ist auch gegeben.
Bushaltestelle 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Durch die Lage des Hauses hat man gute Luft inklusive und Ruhe.
Wir vermieten erst einmal für 1 Jahr , bei Gefallen verlängerbar.
Wohnung kann auch monatsweise gemietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist bei Einzug zu renovieren (Malerarbeiten bei Bedarf und Geschmack).
