Gemütliche 2-Zimmerwohnung mitten in Mannheim

Ich vermiete meine gemütliche möbelierte 2-Zimmerwohnung für 1,5 Monate. Die Wohnung wird bis Anfang des neuen Jahres vermietet, ggf. kann die Untermiete verlängert werden. Es gibt eine offene Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss und ist mit Dielenboden ausgestattet. Eine Aufzug gibt es nicht. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, die benutzt werden kann. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Eine Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und TV gibt es nicht.

I rent my cozy, furnitured 2-room apartment until beginning of the new year. Maybe the rent even can be extended. The apartment has an open kitchen, a cozy living room with a sofa and dinner table, and it has a bedroom with a doublebed. The apartment is located in the top floor and there is no lift. In the basement is a washing mashine that can be used. Bed linen and towels are provided. Unfortunatly it has no TV, Microwave or dishwasher.
