Die helle Wohnung mit schönem Balkon ist sehr gut für eine Zweier-WG geeignet. Die Räume sind etwa gleich groß (ca. 15 m²). Da die Wohnung in einem Altbau ist, sind die Räume angenehm hoch. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist sehr geräumig. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ziemlich ruhig. Die Besonderheit der Wohnung ist die Dusche, die in der Küche steht. Das ist aber wirklich kein Problem, man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor Ort und die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist hervorragend. Zur Uni sind es nur 10 Fußminuten. Zu guter Letzt: Die HausbewohnerInnen sind ruhig und sehr freundlich.
