Standort:
Die Uni (A5) ist in ca 2min zu Fuß erreichbar, bis zum Schloss sind es ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß.
Weiterhin ist man in nicht mal 10 Minuten am Paradeplatz, also mitten in der Innenstadt bzw. in ca. 15 Minuten am Hbf. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch gut zu Fuß (ca. 7 Minuten) oder mit dem Rad erreichbar (Netto, Aldi und Rewe).
Straßenbahn Anschlussstelle (Schloss) oder Bushaltestelle (Uni West) sind auch sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer + Küche + Bad. Das größte Zimmer hat ca 21m², das mittlere ca 17m² und das kleinste ca 12m². Auch wenn die Zimmer nicht alle gleich groß sind, so ist die Wohnung trotzdem WG-tauglich (wir haben hier 2 1/4 Jahre in einer 3er WG gewohnt und es gab nie Probleme). Die Küche muss übernommen werden, Preis VHB. Waschmaschine kann bei Bedarf auch übernommen werden, Preis VHB.
