Eine Dachwohnung im 5. OG mit zwei Zimmern kann bei Bedarf, z.B. für Arbeitsräume, dazu gemietet werden (Strom und Telefonanschluss sind vorhanden, aber keine Sanitäreinrichtungen). Die Zusatzkosten: 250.- Kaltmiete, 60.- Euro NK.
Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus.
