Hallo,
wir suchen einen Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung am Marktplatz. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau, hat hohe Wände und ist sehr hell. Sie wurde letztes Jahr teilrenoviert und neue Böden wurden verlegt.
Da der Zugang zum groß geschnittenen Schlafzimmer über das Wohnzimmer ist, kann die Wohnung nicht als WG genutzt werden.
Die Nachmieter sollen die IKEA Küche und die Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer übernehmen (1000€). Bei Interesse kann auch das IKEA Bett und der TV-Tisch übernommen werden.
