Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch drei große, helle Zimmer aus, welche sich gut als WG nutzen lassen. In der Küche gibt es genug Platz für einen Esstisch, so dass man dort schön zusammen sitzen kann. Eine EBK ist vorhanden, nur Herd und Geschirrspüler müssten günstig vom Vormieter übernommen werden. Es gibt ein großes Kellerabteil und Abstellplätze für Fahrräder im Innenhof. Im Haus wohnen noch 3 weitere WGs. Direkt gegenüber ist der internationale Garten U4 und damit viel Grün. Eine Seltenheit in der Mannheimer Innenstadt :) Bei Interesse einfach eine Nachricht schreiben. Besichtigungen sind am Sonntag den 16.02. sowie am Sonntag den 23.02. möglich.
