The apartment is on the third floor on the corner of Beilstrasse and Jungbuschstrasse in the Jungbusch district. There are numerous places to go out in both streets with good bars and delicious restaurants. You can also quickly get to the connecting canal on the Neckar and the squares. Bus, train and S-Bahn stops are also within a few minutes' walk. Near the Quadrat and the University of Mannheim. Access to Next Bikes across the road.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der dritten Etage an der Ecke Beilstraße/Jungbuschstraße im Stadtteil Jungbusch. In beiden Straßen gibt es zahlreiche Ausgehmöglichkeiten mit guten Bars und leckeren Restaurants. Außerdem ist man schnell am Verbindungskanal am Neckar sowie in den Quadraten. Auch Bus-, Bahn-, und S-Bahnhaltestellen sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nähe des Quadrats und der Universität Mannheim. Zugang zu Next Bikes auf der anderen Straßenseite.

We are leaving the University of Mannheim after studying an exchange year here. We are looking to leave Germany by the end of June and want to find new tenants. All rooms are fully furnished and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and oven. Each room has a bed and wardrobe. Two have a desk. Please contact for price regarding items.

Nachdem unser Auslandsjahr an der Universität Mannheim zu Ende geht, suchen wir nach neuen Mieter:innen für unsere Wohnung. Alle Zimmer sind Möbliert, es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und einen Herd. In allen Schlafräumen befindet sich ein Kasten und ein Bett, in zwei zudem ein Schreibtisch.
