Hallo, da mein Mitbewohner und ich ein Auslandssemester absolvieren, suchen wir nun nach Untermietern für unsere schöne Wohnung.
Sie ist 55 qm groß, umfasst zwei Zimmer, eine Küche, Bad und Flur und befindet sich im fünften Stock.
Zimmer 1 hat etwa 14 qm und Zimmer 2 etwa 9 qm. Zimmer 2 ist damit recht klein, ich habe es die letzten eineinhalb Jahre aber sehr gut darin ausgehalten. :)
Die Wohnung ist bereits möbliert.
Das Haus hat einen Innenhof, in dem man Fahrräder abstellen kann.

As my flatmate and me are going to spend one semester abroad, we are looking for subtenants. The indicated rental period reflects our favorite solution, but smaller deviations are fine with us. :)
The flat measures 55 m^2, contains two rooms, one kitchen, one bathroom and a corridor, and is located in the 5th floor.
Room 1 measures about 14 m^2, Room 2 about 9 m^2. That means that Room 2 is rather small, but I enjoyed living there for the past 2 years and never felt like something was missing. :)
The flat is already furnished.
The house has a courtyard, where you can park bikes.

Die Wohnung liegt im Szeneviertel "Jungbusch", in dem es viele Bars gibt. Am Wochenende tummeln sich hier viele (junge) Menschen. Vom Lärm der Feiernden bekommt man hier jedoch nichts mit, da die Wohnung in der Parallelstraße liegt. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt direkt gegenüber, die nächsten Bus- und Straßenbahnstationen sind nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Außerdem grenzt der Jungbusch direkt an die Quadrate an, fußläufig ist man also in etwa 10 Minuten im absoluten Stadtzentrum. Zur Universität sind es mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls etwa 10 Minuten. Um an den Neckar zu gelangen, muss man nur über eine Brücke gehen.
The flat is located in the trendy neighboorhood "Jungbusch", where you can find many bars. On the weekends many (young) people come here. You won't hear their noise though, as the flat is located in the parallel street. The next supermarket is right across the street, the next Bus and Tram stations are reachable within two minutes on foot. Also the "Jungbusch" is right at the border of the "Quadrate", so it's just a ten minute walk to the absolute city center. Getting to the university takes about ten minutes by bike or even shorter, depending on which building you want to go to. To go for a walk along the "Neckar", you just have to cross a bridge.
