Die Wohnung ist 56 qm groß mit 3 Schlafzimmern (eines davon nutzen wir als Arbeitszimmer) und einer Küche. Sie befindet sich im 2.OG. Die Wohnung wird im Dezember 2020 renoviert. Die Küche ist neu installiert mit Waschmaschine/Trockner, Geschirrspüler, einem Backofen mit Herd und einem großen Kühlschrank. Das WC ist gefliest, mit einem Waschtisch mit Unterschrank, einer großen Dusche mit Regenkopf und einer Toilette von Villeroy & Boch installiert.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 950 EUR.
Die Nebenkosten betragen 100 EUR.
Die Einbauküche ist 100 EUR pro Monat.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Jungbusch, einer idealen Lage in Mannheim. Die Bushaltestelle ist 30m von der Hauseingangstür entfernt, und ein REWE ist 40m entfernt, der am Samstag und Sonntag bis Mitternacht geöffnet hat. Ein lokaler Supermarkt befindet sich in der gleichen Straße und zu Penny sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Hauptbahnhof ist es eine 7-minütige Busfahrt (5 Haltestellen) und zum Paradeplatz ein 11-minütiger Weg.
Es ist eine attraktive Wohnung, von der ich sie super sauber gehalten habe. Es ist gerade renoviert und daher ist alles fast neu. Die Wohnung ist ideal für 2 oder 3 Personen geeignet. Die 3m Raumhöhe ist sehr angenehm und die Räume erhalten tagsüber viel Sonnenlicht. Für 2 Zimmer sind Rollläden als Sonnenschutz und für die anderen 2 Zimmer Vorhänge angebracht.
Highlight:
Kostenloses Highspeed-Internet ist in der Wohnung inklusive (WLAN) und jedes Zimmer verfügt zudem über einen eigenen LAN-Anschluss.

The Apartment
The apartment is 56 meter square big with 3 bedrooms (one of which we are using as a working/study room) and a kitchen. It is on the second floor. The apartment is renovated in December 2020 with the kitchen newly installed with a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, an oven with stove, and a big fridge. The toilet is tiled, installed with a sink with drawers beneath, a big shower with rain head, and a toilet from Villeroy & Boch.
The Location
The apartment is located in Jungbusch, an ideal location in Mannheim. A bus station is 30m away from the building entrance door, and a Rewe is 40m away which opens on Saturday and Sunday until midnight. A local supermarket is on the same street and to Penny is a 7-minute walk. To the main train station is a 7-minute bus ride (5 stops) and to the Paradeplatz is an 11-minute walk.
Extra
It is an attractive apartment of which I have kept super clean. It is recently renovated and therefore everything is almost new. The apartment is ideally used for 2 or 3 people. The 3m room height is very comfortable and the rooms receive a lot of sunlight during the day. Roller shutters are installed for 2 rooms and curtains for the other 2.
