ich suche Nachmieter für meine wunderschöne 3 Zimmerwohnung im Lindenhof am Rhein ab Anfang August.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, einem Bad mit Badewanne, Küche, Schlafzimmer und einem kleinen Zimmer, was genutzt werden kann als Arbeits- oder Kinderzimmer.
Die Übernahme der Küche und des Sofas für 1.500 Euro ist eine Voraussetzung!
Über weitere Möbel können wir reden.
Im Haus leben ruhige Mieter und mir sehr wichtig, dass der Nachmieter darauf achtet. Keine Hauspartys!

Die Wohnung liegt in der Rheinaustr. im Lindenhof. Eine ideale Lage in Mannheim, da man in 5 min zu Fuß am Hbf ist und in 2 min am Rhein spazieren kann.
