Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, im Wohnzimmer steht eine Couch, die als Gästebett ausgeklappt werden kann. Ein Fernseher und Kabelanschluss sind vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine steht im Bad und der Wäschetrockenraum befindet sich praktischerweise direkt über der Wohnung. In der großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche steht ein Esstisch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Stadtteil Lindenhof. Der Rhein ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfern, wir gehen dort gern spazieren und joggen. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ( 10 min bis zur Innenstadt) und das John Deere Werk. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass die Wohnung absolut ruhig gelegen ist.
Die Wohnung wird wegen eines Auslandaufenthaltes zwischenvermietet.
