Hallo,
auf Grund eines beruflichen Umzugs ins Ausland suche ich einen Nachmieter für meine Dreizimmer-Wohnung in Mannheim-Lindenhof.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 80m², hat eine großzügige Wohnküche, einen Balkon sowie drei Wohn- bzw. Schlafzimmer und wäre damit generell WG-tauglich. Geheizt wird mit Fernwärme. Bei den Nebenkosten habe ich eigentlich immer was rausbekommen.
Etliche Möbel könnten übernommen werden, darüber müsste man sich einfach mal unterhalten. Insbesondere die Küche wäre voll ausgestattet mit energiesparenden Geräten, auch ein Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine wären dabei.
Tolle Lage in Rhein-Nähe (Waldpark), ideal für passionierte Läufer und Spaziergänger. Ruhige Lage, aber gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, Bahnhof mit Tram in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen - aber auch zu Fuss ist man nicht allzu lang unterwegs.
Öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Haus (kostenfrei).
Ich suche einen Nachmieter, natürlich muss der Vermieter (Gagfah) noch zustimmen.
