Die Whg hat perfekte Anschlussmöglichkeiten zu Bus und Bahn (nur 10 min vom MA Hbf entfernt).
Innerhalb weniger Minuten sind Supermärkte wie PennyMarkt,REWE & Tengelmann sowie Post, Cafés, Bars, Tankstellen & Bücherei erreichbar.
Momentan wohnen 2 Studentinnen der Hochschule der Bundesagentur für Arbeit in der Whg. Durch das duale Studium wechseln sich Studium und Praktikum alle vier Monate ab, sodass die Whg ab Jan-April '11 frei ist.
Die 2 Zimmer sind jeweils 20m² groß, vollkommen möbliert und haben eine Deckenhöhe von 2,95 m.
Des Weiteren gibt es noch 2 Abstellräume, wobei das eine zu einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank umfunktioniert wurde.
In der Küche befindet sich eine Einbauküche mit 4-Herdplatten, Esstisch, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank & Gefriertruhe.
