Suche zum 1. März Nachmieter/in für meine gut geschnittene 2-Zimmer-Wohnung nahe am Rheingoldplatz. Selbst im Winter muss man hier kaum heizen, und auch im Sommer ist sie angenehm temperiert. Kleine Küche mit Backofen/Ceranfeld und Abstellkammer vorhanden. Der TV-Anschluss ist in den NK enthalten, Strom nicht.
Die Straßenbahn/Busse sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ebenso Bäcker, Apotheke und Penny. Die Bahn braucht zum Hbf ca. 10 Minuten.
Die Vermieter haben die Miete jahrelang nicht erhöht, es könnte also sein, dass sie es jetzt tun.
Ich suche eine Person, die Interesse daran hätte, die Tapete im Wohnzimmer (s. Foto) zu übernehmen. Außerdem müssen eine Abzugshaube und ein an der Wand angebrachter Küchentisch, die ich selbst vom Vormieter zu übernehmen hatte, für 220 Euro übernommen werden.
