Wir suchen Nachmieter für unsere 4-er WG in Mannheim Neckarau, da sich unser Studium dem Ende neigt.
Aktuell ist die Wohnung teilmöbliert, da wir einige Möbel selbst behalten wollen und einige Möbel auch schon verkauft haben. Je schneller ihr euch meldet, desto mehr Möbel sind noch da!
Küche und Bad (inkl. Elektrogeräte: Wasch-,Spülmaschine, Ofen, Kühlschrank) bleiben nach Absprache in der Wohnung, wonach sich auch die Ablösesumme ergibt.
Die Zimmer sind alle ungefähr gleich groß mit ca. 20 m².
Weiterhin gehört ein Kellerabteil, ein Balkon und ein kleiner Wintergarten dazu.
- Ruhige Gegend mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten
- Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Aldi, Mediamarkt, Baumarkt, Metro)
- Bus-, S-Bahn- und Tram Stationen sind zu Fuß in 5 -15min erreichbar
- Die DHBW erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 10min
- Stadt mit der Bahn gut erreichbar
