Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und schön. In nur 7 Gehminuten sind Sie direkt am Neckar.
Sie haben drei Straßenbahnhaltestellen Verbindungen: Lange Rötterstraße (ca. 5 min zu Fuß), Schafweide (5 min) und Alte Feuerwache (7 min) In der Umgebung haben Sie Bars und Geschäfte: Penny, Rewe, Edeka und Lidl. In der Miete ist alles außer Strom und Internet enthalten.
Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind Teil der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat auch eine große private Tarrase, die Sie im Sommer nutzen können. Es wurde erst dieses Jahr renoviert.
