Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne helle Wohnung in einem sanierten Altbau.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, wobei in einem Zimmer in einer Niesche eine kleine Einbauküche (mit Ceranfeld und Backofen)steht. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat ca.3,5 m Decken und riesige Fenster. Die Fenster gehen nach hinten zu einem kleinen Garten raus, weshalb es sehr ruhig ist. Das Bad ist geräumig und das WC ist in einem extra Raum. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Keller.
In der Nähe sind nette Cafes und die üblichen Läden, für alles was man so braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle (OEG und die Linie 4) ist ca. 50 m entfernt. Auch der Neckar (joggen, spazieren gehen) ist nicht weit.
