Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Alte Feuerwache" (Linien 1,2,3 und 4) ist unter 5 Minuten direkt zu erreichen. Zusätzlich ist die Lange Rötterstraße mit vielerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny und Tengelmann DIREKT um die Ecke)sowie Bars, Bistros, Restaurants, Apotheken und Copyshops. Daher ein studentischer, aber auch familiengerechter Traum (Spielplatz in der Nähe). Es sei gesagt, dass die Mieterschaft nett und aufgeschlossen (nimmt auch gerne Pakete entgegen), ruhig und bei geselligen Runden oder auch mal Partys im Rahmen absolut tolerant ist.
