Wir sind zwei Studenten der DHBW und suchen zum 1.4.11 einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung liegt in Neckarstadt-Ost in unmittelbarer Umgebung von gleich 3 S-Bahnstationen und somit 10 Minuten von Innenstadt und Bahnhof entfernt. Ein Penny-Markt ist 150 meter um die Ecke, ebenso ein Metzger und Bäcker. Die Küche soll vom Nachmieter gegen eine Entschädigung übernommen werden. Weitere Möbel können nach Absprache ebenfalls übernommen werden.
