Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für meine wunderschöne 2-Zimmerwohnung in der Neckarstadt-Ost, die ich sehr ungern verlasse. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei etwa gleich große, super geschnittene Zimmer und eine helle Küche, in der auch ein Esstisch Platz hat.
Ein Kellerraum und ein Fahrradabstellplatz sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die noch kaum genutzte Küche (inkl. neuer Elektrogeräte) wurde erst vor wenigen Monaten eingebaut und muss gegen einen Abschlag von 1000.-€ übernommen werden. Nach Absprache ist die Übernahme einzelner anderer Möbel möglich.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, drei verschiedene Supermärkte sind fußläufig in 5min erreichbar. Mit der Bahn oder auch zu Fuß ist man in 10 min in der Innenstadt. Direkt um die Ecke findet man außerdem viele kleine Cafés und Restaurants.

Da die Wohnung eine sehr kleines Bad und eine entsprechend niedrige Dusche (durch Dachschräge) hat, wäre der Vermieterin eine Frau bzw. eine kleinere Person als Mieterin lieber. Außerdem wird die Wohnung nur an Einzelpersonen vermietet.
