Die Wohnung bleibt natürlich voll möbliert und eingerichtet. Da sie gepflegt ist, ist sie nur an verantwortungsbewusste Personen zu vermieten.
Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist man in 7 Gehminuten an der belebten Alten Feuerwache. Die Straßenbahn ist in 3 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants, sowie Bäckereien, Post, Fitnessstudio und Boxstudio sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
