Hallo,
ab sofort vermiete ich eine 72 qm große Altbauwohnung in sehr gutem Zustand, vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet mit Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner. Mit 3 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern ist diese optimal für eine 2er- oder 3er-WG geeignet oder auch für ein Paar.
Die Gesamtmiete (kalt) beträgt 480,-.
Strom/Gas und Internet/Telefon kämen noch hinzu.
Derzeit sind die 3 Zimmer als
- Schlafzimmer (mit Ehebett, Schrank,...)
- Wohnzimmer (Sitzecke mit Schlafcouch, Echtholzschrankwand,...)und
- Arbeitszimmer (Schrankwand, Schreibtisch)
eingerichtet. In allen Zimmern ist Teppichboden verlegt.
Die Möblierung sollte wenn möglich übernommen werden, kann aber natürlich angepasst werden.
Bei Interesse bitte anrufen unter ----/------- (zwischen 12:00 und 13:00 und abends ab 18:00). Bei Nachrichten auf dem Anrufbeantworter (geht nach 6 mal Klingeln ran) rufe ich auch gerne zurück.
