Wir suchen 3 Nachmieter für unsere WG.
Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Neckarstadt-West. Zur Uni braucht man lediglich 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, die Haltestelle „Neumarkt“ ist zu Fuss in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Neckarwiesen sind nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Zu bieten hat die Wohnung einen kleinen Balkon, der von der Küche abgeht und im Sommer gut zum Grillen genutzt werden kann.
Warm belaufen sich die Kosten für jeden auf ca. 250 Euro, je nach Anbieter.
