Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine hübsche 50m2 Wohnung im Herzen der Neckerstadt (10 min bis zum alten Messplatz, 3 Minuten bis zur OEG Haltestelle Karl-Benz-Straße).
Die Wohnung mit etwa 3m hohen Decken hat große Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell. Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer, einer Wohnküche, einem Bad und einem separatem WC; ein kleiner Speicher bietet Platz zum Verstauen.
Die Übernahme der Kücheneinrichtung und der Waschmaschine (insg. ~180 Euro) sowie des Telefon/Internet u. Kabelanschlusses bei Kabel BW (insg. 37 Euro/Monat) wären Bedingung.
