Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor 3 Jahren komplett saniert, sodass alle Zimmer in einem Top-Zustand sind. Der wunderschöne Dielen-Boden und die alten Türen wurden dabei originalgetreu restauriert, was der Wohnung ihren besonderen Charme gibt. Alle Zimmer haben Tageslicht und sind zum Neckar hin ausgerichtet. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt.
Der tolle Altbau ist direkt am Neckar gelegen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich gegenüber des Hauses und zwei Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Fahrrad brauchst du ca. 15 min bis in die Uni.
Besichtigungstermine sind am 24.01 und 25.01 möglich. Am besten erreichst du uns per Mail.
