Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG und ist sehr hell und ruhig. Selbst bei offenem Fenster ist es sehr leise. Neben einem großen Wohn-/Essbereich gibt es ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer, ein Duschbad, ein Gäste-WC, eine Küche mit Spül-Back/Herd Kombination und Kühlschrank, und jede Menge Abstellkammern unterhalb der Dachschrägen.
Einen Keller gibt es nicht; ein Fahrradplatz im Hof ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Neckarstadt-Ost in direkter Nähe zum Herzogenried-Bad/Park. Zur Alten Feuerwache sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und von dort fahren die S-Bahn-Linien 1,2,3 und 4. Sowohl Supermarkt als auch Bäckerei sind nur 1 min von der Wohnung entfernt; Kaufland, Lidl, Aldi etc. ca. 5-10 min. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es keine 10 min bis in die Innenstadt, zum Nationaltheater oder zum Klinikum.
Das Haus und die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und der Vermieter stets bemüht.
Perfekt geeignet ist die Wohnung für Alleinstehende oder Pärchen.
Möbel sollten nach Absprache teilweise übernommen werden.
