Wir suchen einen oder auch mehrere Nachmieter für unsere Wohnung in der Neckarstadt- West. Die Wohnung eignet sich bestens für eine WG. Sie beinhaltet 3 Zimmer ,Balkon, eine Küche ,Gang, Bad mit Badewanne und ein separates WC, auch ein Kellerraum steht zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind 11qm bzw. 16 qm groß. Das 3. Zimmer ist auch etwa 13 qm groß und wurde als Wohnzimmer genutzt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Neumarkt. Ein Einkaufsmarkt ist direkt gegenüber sowie auch die Haltestelle der Linie 2. Die alte Feuerwache ist etwa 5 min zu Fuß entfernt sowie auch die Neckarwiese. Mit der Bahn ist man in etwa 15 min bei der Universität und 25 min bei der Hochschule Mannheim. Alternativ ist man in 15 min zu Fuß im Zentrum. Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus oder alternativ rund um den Neumarkt gleich vor dem Haus.
Ein Teil der Möbel kann nach Wunsch übernommen werden. Die praktischen Badmöbel waren beispielsweise schon vorher drin, die Küche kann übernommen werden sowie Teile der Wohnzimmereinrichtung. Auch die Lampen in Küche Gang und den Zimmern können übernommen werden.
