Es gibt eine gute Verkehrsanbindung (Alte Feuerwache), REWE City, Penny, Bäckereien alles im Abstand von ca. 100 m. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral in der Neckarstadt mit Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kulturstätten wie dem Capitol oder der AFM. Dennoch ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße zur Max-Joseph- Straße.
Man kann den Hof und den Vorgarten mitnutzen. Dies Hausgemeinschaft ist bunt und im Sommer wird auch mal gemeinsam gegrillt, wenn es das Wetter zulässt.
