Update: Ich habe schon so viele Anfragen, die muss ich erst abarbeiten
.Die helle Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, beide etwa gleich groß, zur Südseite (Doppelglasfenster) ein Tageslichtbad mit Wanne und eine Wohnküche (Küchenzeile kann vom Vormieter abgekauft werden).In der ganzen Wohnung liegen Laminatböden(2018 renoviert).Kabelanschluss ist inclusive .Geheizt wird mit Fernwärme, Warmwasser gibt vom Durchlauferhitzer/Boiler. Den Stromanschluss müssen Sie selbst veranlassen. Ein Kellerabteil gehört auch dazu, im Hof befinden sich Fahrradständer

Die Wohnung liegt in der Neckarstadt Ost in einer ruhigen Parallelstr. zur Käfertalerstr. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Ebert-Brücke ist in ca. 3 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die UMM (Klinik), sowie die Berufsschulen am Neckarufer sind ebenfalls zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichen sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe, auch Bistros, Restaurants oder Veranstaltungsorte wie Capitol oder Alte Feuerwache sind fußläufig oder mit dem Rad schnell erreicht. Die Stadtparks können beide ohne eigenes Auto gut erreicht werden.
