Sie besteht aus einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Schreibtisch, einem großen Schlafzimmer und eine Wohnküche mit Einbauküche, Waschmaschine, und Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Das helle Bad wurde vor drei Jahren renoviert und hat eine ebenerdige Dusche. Fahrräder können in einem abgeschlossenen Keller untergestellt werden. Da die Wohnung auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes liegt, ist sie von Straßenlärm gut abgeschirmt.

This apartment is fully furnished. It consists of a large living room with a convertible sofa, a large bedroom, and an eat-in kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, and freezer. The bright bathroom was fully renovated three years ago and has a walk-in shower. Bicycles can be safely stored in the basement. Because the apartment is located at the backside of the building it is shielded from most traffic noise.
Die Wohnung ist eine Minute von den Haltestellen Schafweide und Universitätsklinikum entfernt, von denen man eine gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt hat. Die Innenstadt kann auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreicht werden. Der Hauptbahnhof ist mit Straßenbahn oder Fahrrad in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Zum Neckar sind es ca. zwei Minuten zu Fuß. Den nächste Penny kann man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Rewe und Edeka sind 10 Minuten entfernt. Cafés und Restaurants sind auch nicht weit weg.

The tram stations Universitätsklinikum and Schafweide are one minute away from the apartment. The inner city can be reached within 10 minutes and the main train station in about 15 minutes by bike or tram. The river Neckar is two minutes by foot and is always good for a walk in the evening. The closest supermarket is a Penny and is about 5 minutes by foot. Additional supermarkets (Rewe, Edeka) are a 10-minute walk away. Cafés and Restaurants are also close by.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung von Januar bis Ende April unter, da ich für diese Zeit auf einer Auslandsreise bin. In dem Preis sind alle Kosten für Miete, Strom, Gas und Internet enthalten.
